We’ve been threatened by the possibility of snow since Friday afternoon, but it didn’t start in earnest until sometime this morning.

I woke up around 11 a.m., and the flakes were falling in such a way that I could actually see them through the window, even before I put on my glasses. For a split second — still halfway asleep — I wondered if someone was standing on the edge of my roof and shaking snow down in front of my window, the way they have to do it for movie, TV or stage productions! Then I woke up enough to remember: I now live in Iowa. XD

Besides that, I spent yesterday recovering from a headache, sleeping, working out, installing (almost!) the last of the stuff onto the updated computer, lazing about, and doing work stuff. Today was pretty similar, with the addition of laundry, the dishes, watching the last of Honey and Clover (season one of the anime) and Doctor Who: The Next Doctor. Oh, and I ate a whole pizza and a dozen of those stick’em-in-the oven sugar cookies. (This falls under the category “Alison works out so she doesn’t look like a person who would/could eat that much.”)

I have no stake in this year’s Super Bowl, but as you can guess, I have an appreciation for the all-weekend pizza specials in its honor.

Well, I’d better get back to it. I have to make up for all of my goofing off! ;-)
