This quote from the film, which prominently features music fans interacting via an online message board, stands out to me as being particularly true today.

Pretty amazing when you consider it is the 15th anniversary(!) of the movie’s initial release.

Check out Amy Wong’s YAM Magazine review of All About Lily Chou-Chou. (There’s a very slim chance you can still rent it via Netflix’s DVD service, which is why I’m posting here versus Aligator Pop.)

Fumi Yoshinaga's WHAT DID YOU EAT YESTERDAY? manga and GOEMON J-film. - March & April 2014

In celebration of my taxes being filed, plus some good news on one front: I present last week’s manga (the first volume of Fumi Yoshinaga’s What Did You Eat Yesterday?) and this week’s movie on Blu-ray (Goemon, directed by Kazuaki Kiriya and starring Yosuke Eguchi).

It’s been a long time since I started a manga title that is a multi-volume series, rather than a single volume. ^_^
